Read Below Carefully for Detailed Instructions.

• PICK UP at 3:30 pm at Alewife, Waltham.

1. NO child care for this event.  Parents are responsible for their watching their own children. 
   
2. We are going to 2 places, so keep close to your driver/leader.
   
3. In case of severe snow storm, the event may be cancelled. Please check emails on Sat noon. If no email, event is ON.

You must be at the pick-up points between
3:30 pm and 4pm.

**Last Car leaves at 4pm**

We will not wait as we have to line up for program at Acton.

Look for people with the Orange Flags  OR  SMILING widely.
They are volunteers and will give you a ride to the event. 
Remember your driver's face & name and stay close to them.
If you lose them, you might not get to the dinner in another location
​ & then to your drop-off point.

 Drive on Rte 2 West for 40 mins.Church is on your right.
 Please stay together with group leaders or drivers.
  You will see the indoor program first, &
then will go outdoor.
 *** Parents..make sure kids are dressed warm.
 After the outdoor program, you will  be given
 free hot chocolate & home-made cookies. 
This is NOT dinner.
